99 Saint Georges Terrace is a project for Mesatech PTY LTD. Cabling Network Solutions has been selected by BUILT to supply, install and commission the lighting, power, communications, MATV and fire detection for this project.
Our scope of works also includes but not limited to the system design and installation of the North, East, South and both West sides of the external façade with an intricate programme that is both easily maintained and serviceable.
Emergency lighting will be easily maintained due to a proven systematic testing procedure with relevant testing logbooks and associated fittings.
SCOPE OF WORKS
LIGHTING SYSTEM AND LIGHTING CONTROL
The Electrical Sub-Contractor shall carry out the following works:
- Disconnect remove and make safe existing light fittings to be demolished.
- Supply and installation of new luminaries and controls as specified on drawing W14021-E01.
- Liaise with ECS Australia for final programming and wiring of lighting control.
- Supply and installation of new standards lighting control systems as nominated. Allow for all required contractors, dimmers and associated cabling to for complete systems. All mechanisms shall be 15A type unless otherwise noted.
- Supply and install cable support systems and associated fixings as required.
- Supply and installation of all necessary mounting brackets, trimmings etc. for the installation of all new luminaires and switch plates.
- Generally, all switches shall be mounted between 900mm and 1100mm AFFL and in the approximate locations shown in the drawings. Final positioning and mounting heights shall be as directed by the architect.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING
The Electrical Sub-Contractor shall carry out the following works:
- Supply and installation of new emergency luminaires and exit signs to comply with the AS2293 requirements.
- Removal of all redundant emergency luminaries including all associated wiring.
- All new emergency exit luminaires shall be the single point type with “Running Man” symbol and arrow in directions shown. Luminaires shall be Legrand or approved equal.
- All emergency lighting control gear and assemblies are to be independently fixed to the slab over via chains. Supporting this equipment from other services or laying.
