The Electrical Services work shall comprise the provision of the following major items:
- Demolition of existing services
- Retain and rerouting existing services
- Temporary construction site power and lighting
- Relocate/reroute the electrical and fire cables within the service duct to facilitate the relocation of the services within the duct
- Tag all retain existing services routing across the work area
- Tag all live equipment which cannot be isolated during the construction period.
- Removal of existing floor distribution boards
- Provide a dilapidation report of the existing services
- NMI certified metering and CT to the new distribution boards
- Test and replace the existing Tap off box if required
- Temporary Power supply for any power interruption or outage
- New tenant distribution boards
- New house distribution board
- Submains
